The owner hired StruxC-MC to manage and perform the work for a limited facade repair program on 16 units within the building. Each unit had unique repairs but majority of the repairs were made to address water infiltration. The work included the removal and replacement of exterior grillage and perimeter seals, insulated metal inner panels perimeters and penetrations, addition of condensate and water evaporative pans, and addition of other miscellaneous sealant joints.
