StruxC-MC was hired by Wabtec, one of the world’s leading rail technology companies, to repair one of their maintenance building. Unfortunately, a train inadvertently hit the wall and caused major structural damage. Luckily, the wall didn’t completely collapse and our team was able to make the structural repairs needed.

The repairs included rebuilding the 40-foot-wide wall with new openings and concrete base for a new rail stop. Reconstruction included new foundations and structural steel columns and beams.

The damage extended into the roofing and wall panels above. StruxC-MC also replaced the wall panels and replaced the damaged roofing.
