Columbia Place Townhomes, 7 buildings – 62 units total, had various masonry associated leaks attributed to incorrect flashing details including where the masonry connects above the townhomes’ window bays, missing flashing above window headers and/or lack of end dams, porous parapet coping stones with pour or missing caulking and various cracks due to shifting masonry. Struxc-MC made the association approved repairs and eliminated all the masonry associated leaks to Townhomes well below the original estimated budget.
