Extensive repairs to second floor sundeck of a residential high-rise building to convert into a parking deck. Work included new concrete ramp to connect new deck to existing parking structure, demolition of existing topping slab and waterproofing, repairs to structural slab with cathodic protection, installation of new buried membrane waterproofing, new concrete topping and coordination for new RTU unit and other mechanical equipment for buildings commercial spaces.
