Working closely with DLA Architects and the Itasca School District, StruxC-MC demolished and reconstructed approximately a 150 foot long section of the west bearing wall which was structurally distressed.
The work included installing new high performance aluminum windows. The roof framing along with the roof needed precise shoring prior to demolition and the classrooms required dust proof barricades.
The existing brick below the third floor was perfectly stained to match the new brick veneer wall.
